Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) are a newer building product. With them your home is stronger, safer and more energy efficient.

In laboratory test simulating a hurricane ICFs can withstand 150 mph wind and debris traveling at over 100 mph.

*** Our ICFs are built with reinforced concrete core sandwiched between two layers of expanded polystyrene foam insulation.

*** Your walls offer the best fire-resistance available. The insulating foam, which covers both sides of the concrete core, is treated with a fire retardant giving it a rated 2 and 4 hour fire resistance. 

*** Protects you from mold and mildew because it is inert. 

*** ICFs come in a wide selection so you can easily build any shape, curve or angle. You can finish it with any material: brick, stone, stucco or wood siding and know that it is attached to the web and therefore to the concrete itself making it very solid. The same is true on the inside for attaching drywall or other finishing products.
